Section 1

Definitions & Interpretation

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below. Understanding these definitions is essential to interpreting your rights and obligations as a user of the 876bdt platform.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any clause. References to any law or regulation include any amendment or re-enactment of that law or regulation.

Section 2

Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing the 876bdt platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any game or service available through 876bdt, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 876bdt platform and close your account.

876bdt reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the 876bdt platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event that they are translated into any other language for convenience, the English version shall be the authoritative version and shall prevail in the event of any conflict or ambiguity.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To use the full services of 876bdt — including depositing, wagering, and withdrawing — you must first register a personal account. Registration is open to individuals who meet all of the eligibility criteria set out below.

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. This is a strict minimum requirement — no exceptions are made.
• You must be a natural person (individuals only — corporate registrations are not permitted).

• You must be the registered owner of any payment method you use to deposit into your 876bdt account.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 876bdt at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 876bdt reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or pending withdrawals held within them.

Identity Verification

876bdt may at any time request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership. This may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and confirmation of ownership of any bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities or the closure of your account.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

876bdt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 876bdt does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 876bdt accepts no responsibility.

876bdt operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Any transaction or pattern of transactions that 876bdt reasonably suspects to be connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated account will be suspended pending investigation. Funds connected to suspected money laundering activity may be withheld indefinitely pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceedings.

Section 5

Bonus & Promotions Policy

876bdt offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms below and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are awarded at the sole discretion of 876bdt and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
• Each promotion is available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or game categories. Bets placed on games excluded from a promotion do not contribute to wagering requirements for that promotion.
• 876bdt reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings generated from that bonus if it reasonably believes that the bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, abuse of the promotions system, or collusion with other players.
• Players who self-exclude or activate responsible gaming deposit limits may have their eligibility for certain promotions affected.
• Unclaimed bonuses may expire after the time period specified in the relevant promotion terms.

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on 876bdt is governed by this section together with the specific Game Rules applicable to each individual game or market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the relevant Game Rules before participating in any bet or game.

• All bets are accepted subject to available account balance. 876bdt will not extend credit under any circumstances.
• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. Confirmed bets are binding.
• 876bdt reserves the right to set minimum and maximum stake limits on any game, market, or event, at any time and without notice.
• In the event of a technical error, communication failure, or system malfunction during any game or bet placement, 876bdt reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account.
• Odds and prices on sportsbook markets may be adjusted at any time prior to the acceptance of a bet. The odds at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software from licensed third-party providers. RNG certification means that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• Live dealer games are streamed from third-party studio environments. 876bdt relies on the accuracy and integrity of data provided by those third-party studios. In cases of data error from a third-party provider, 876bdt's liability is limited to the return of stakes.
• Winnings are credited to a player's account balance immediately upon settlement of the relevant bet or game round.
• 876bdt reserves the right to withhold payment of any winnings pending verification of the legitimacy of the bets and the player's compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the records maintained by 876bdt's servers shall constitute the primary source of evidence. Players acknowledge that these server records are the definitive account of all betting and gaming activity conducted through their account.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 876bdt platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of any balance held therein, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one account on 876bdt, whether in your own name or under any alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information at registration or at any point during identity verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using the platform from a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is unlawful.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games in a manner that circumvents normal human gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including chip dumping in poker-style games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in displayed odds, or technical vulnerabilities to generate unwarranted winnings.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using 876bdt as a mechanism for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any third party.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or is not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent chargeback or payment reversal after funds have been credited to your 876bdt account.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 876bdt customer support staff or other players in any communication channel.

Section 8

Responsible Gaming

876bdt is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling stops being enjoyable and starts causing concern, players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available through their 876bdt account or to contact the support team.

• Players may set deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) through their account dashboard. Deposit limits take effect immediately upon activation.
• Players may set loss limits to cap the amount they are willing to lose over a defined period. When a loss limit is reached, further betting is suspended until the period resets.
• Players may activate session time reminders to receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Players may request a cooling-off period or temporary self-exclusion by contacting the 876bdt support team via live chat or email at [email protected].
• Permanent self-exclusion is available on request and takes effect within 24 hours of confirmation. Self-excluded players will be prevented from accessing their account and will not receive promotional communications from 876bdt.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 876bdt platform — including but not limited to the 876bdt brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 876bdt or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may access and use 876bdt platform content solely for personal, non-commercial use in connection with your player account.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works based on any 876bdt platform content without prior written permission from 876bdt.
• Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their own licensing terms.

Liability & Disclaimer

• 876bdt shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• 876bdt shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential.
• 876bdt shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, third-party payment provider outages, or natural disasters.
• 876bdt does not guarantee the accuracy of odds, prices, or statistics displayed on the platform at any given time. These are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change.
• You acknowledge that gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss. 876bdt accepts no responsibility for any gambling losses you incur while using the platform.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 876bdt's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 876bdt account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 11

Account Suspension & Closure

876bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the circumstances described below. Voluntary account closure by the player is also addressed in this section.

Grounds for Suspension or Closure by 876bdt

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading personal information.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, match-fixing, or any other criminal activity.
• Detection of duplicate account registration.
• Identification that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Use of automated software, bots, or any form of artificial play assistance.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Initiation of a fraudulent payment chargeback.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 876bdt account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receipt of your closure request, 876bdt will process any pending withdrawals of legitimate funds within the standard processing window, subject to completed identity verification, before closing the account. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Amendments to These Terms

876bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the 876bdt platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.
